Now Accessible to All Network Members

An awesome video tool is now available to the entire Coldwell Banker® network – introducing Custom Video! Custom Video allows all network members to create and download customized versions of more than 20 Coldwell Banker brand videos at no additional cost through the end of the year

One great video template to start with is the Move Meter Match Up. Using the Move Meter Match Up template on Custom Video, go national with your favorite professional teams, or local with your most intense small-town rivalries. Not a football town? Switch it up with a different sport. Or upload your own image to make a truly unique video to your local area. This is the perfect way to take our national ad campaign airing during Thursday Night Football games and make it work locally for you.

Hey, Coldwell Banker Fairbairn Agents! Are you ready to take on the CB Listings Challenge?

We know that a listings-based business can save us time, money, and effort in the long-run. However, in a low inventory market, attracting sellers is more important than ever.
This month-long challenge will help you take your seller lead generation efforts to the next level by focusing each day on reaching potential clients in new and different ways:

  • Reference the ready-made daily content boosts, such as scripts or social media posts, to send to your network and position yourself as a seller’s resource.
  • Each day, make calls and social posts aimed at securing future business and informing sellers of their opportunities. The amount of time spent is up to YOU– base it on the goal projector and/or sleep number. 
  • Keep track of your progress by recording your contacts, appointments, listing agreements and pendings in the REScoreboard challenge.

Register to participate in this challenge that will help take your seller lead generation efforts to the next level by focusing each day on reaching potential clients in new and different ways. The challenge will begin on Oct. 23 at noon ET and end Nov. 17. It will consist of live, 20-minute challenge calls Monday through Friday that feature a different daily challenge. Participants must attend each session live via the Zoom platform, and recordings will not be available.

Today, I am incredibly pleased to announce Jason Waugh as President of Coldwell Banker Affiliates. Jason will be integral in taking our iconic brand into a new era!

Jason’s deep knowledge, experience and profound understanding of real estate brokerage and the franchise business will be invaluable to you, our affiliate partners, and your affiliated agents. Jason, who most recently served as president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate Professionals, will focus on the brand’s franchisee growth, including the oversight of franchise sales, affiliate servicing and delivery of enhanced brand offerings – in essence, serving you, your agents, and growing your business.

After formerly serving as president of Coldwell Banker Affiliates myself, I know Jason will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals to grow Coldwell Banker® for the benefit of our entire network. And now, as I lead the broader franchise brand portfolio of Anywhere Real Estate which encompasses Coldwell Banker Affiliates as well as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, CENTURY 21, and ERA Real Estate, I could not be more excited to work closely with Jason who strengthens our already deep bench of leaders among these iconic brands and franchise operations.

As you are already aware, Kamini Lane was named president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Realty this past spring. Jason looks forward to partnering with Kamini to elevate our brand and serve our affiliates and brokerage, respectively both domestically and abroad.

Prior to Jason’s time with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Professionals, he served in multifaceted roles within the industry including COO, office manager, brokerage owner, regional sales manager, and sales agent – these roles gave him inherent insight into every aspect of the business. Prior to his time in real estate, Jason was a partner at Synergy Sports Management. He received his BA and Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University and Pepperdine University School of Law.

Jason looks forward to meeting many of you and your agents when he attends this year’s Gen Blue Experience in Atlanta from October 16-19, his first official Coldwell Banker public appearance following this fantastic news. He will be on stage at Leadership Summit on Monday, October 16 and during Gen Blue General Session on Tuesday, October 17. We hope to see you there either in person or virtually, register today.
