The Coldwell Banker® brand has renewed the consumer-facing Dream advertisement for 2023, which reminds potential sellers that their dreams don’t have to be just dreams. This marks 11 years running of the #1 highest-rated advertising in the real estate industry. In fact, those who recall seeing our advertising are 3x more likely to consider working with a Coldwell Banker agent.
Beginning in the next few weeks, new video, social media, and print materials will be released for network members to share and customize to keep the campaign fresh and relevant. New for this year, and available later this month, are embeddable widgets of the Move Meter and CB Estimate that can be added to personal and Moxi websites. The Dream advertisement, which spotlights the Coldwell Banker Seller Strategy, will be displayed across streaming services, social media, and beyond. Later this year, the ad will be featured on Thursday Night Football broadcasts via Amazon Prime, running August through December. The media partnership with Amazon provides a larger and more targeted audience than we have ever had before.
