Jim started with us April 30th, 2018 at Coldwell Banker Fairbairn Realty after successfully passing his real estate exam!
Born and raised in Mackinaw City, Jim Bell is a part of two distinct families in Northern Michigan. Jim’s grandfather built his own business from the ground up, Bell’s Fishery and Jim is married to the love of his life; Wendy Krueger Bell of the Krueger family.
Jim and Wendy have raised their 6 children to hold close 4 pillars; faith, family, academics, athletics. Jim gives back to his community serving as a member of the Mackinaw City School Board.

“I grew up in a family business and studied business post high-school. I have had a long career with UPS, having spent 29 years delivering all over Cheboygan and Emmet Counties.
The things I loved most about being a UPS driver was that I was able to see homes that most people don’t know exist and I loved building relationships with customers.
I love selling Real Estate. I believe this is a great career choice for me because I get to have my own business of selling homes and property while building relationships that will last a life time.

Of those properties sold, Jim has represented both sides of the transaction 85% of the time!
Lastly, Jim has sold over $15,000,000 in sales volume in his career thus far (per Coldwell Banker Corporate reports).
