The goal of sharing your listing’s information with these sites is to cast the widest net possible to reach qualified buyers. Most Inland Waterway homes on Burt Lake and Crooked Lake will be exported to a Global Luxury syndicated site. Petoskey and Harbor Springs homes have to meet a certain dollar figure to export to those sites. But again, all listings will export to the most popular sites where homebuyers are shopping.
Because listings export to third-party sites, it is extremely important that your agent has accurate information entered into the MLS and has taken high-quality, professional photos.
