We are making it easier for users to take their first steps in creating effective marketing materials in Marketing Center. An in-app tool tip guide was added as an enhancement and this latest feature is designed specifically for users who have yet to create their first marketing piece. The tool tip guide simplifies the process, leading users seamlessly from the beginning to the completion of their marketing material. Whether crafting a digital advertisement, a print flyer, or a social media post, this guide will help users navigate the process with ease and confidence.
Coldwell Banker Forum with President Jason Waugh

The next Coldwell Banker Forum with Jason Waugh, president, Coldwell Banker Affiliates, will take place on Feb. 7 at 2 p.m. ET / 11 a.m. PT. Jason will be joined by NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun who will be discussing the 2024 Forecast. Save the date or when it’s time, join here.

Customize the 2024 Trend Report

The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program released the 2024 Trend Report. The Trend Report is a comprehensive report that looks forward into luxury, highlighting the trends that will likely influence luxury real estate in the year ahead. The full report is available on the Coldwell Banker Fairbairn Realty blog page linked above. New this year, highlights from The Trend Report will appear as the featured editorial in the first Homes & Estates magazine edition of 2024.
Whether or not you are luxury certified, you can soon personalize The Trend Report with your name, email, social handles, and bio on Marketing Center. For additional customization, including market data, recaps, and insights, please contact Reports@TheReportGroup.com. Social assets will also be available in Marketing Center. An editable video template in Custom Video and templates in MoxiEngage are available to promote this to your clients.

TIP #1 SYNC YOUR CONTACTS & GET STARTED
Start your MoxiEngage® engine by syncing this powerful CRM to your Gmail account or brokerage-provided Microsoft or Google Workspace email account. Why? Your contacts and calendar sync into your CRM continuously, providing you more time to meet with clients and close more deals.
Proceed with caution! Although you can change your email sync after launch, once you do, all historical activity data will be lost, so be sure to choose your preferred email address the first time.

TIP #2 COLLABORATION
Our second tip dives into the power of collaborating with your teammates using the MoxiEngage® shared account access feature. To request access to another user’s account:
- Start on your Moxi Toolbar
- Click on your “Photo” and then select “My Account”.
- Then on the left toolbar, under my My Account, click “Account Settings”
- Then click “Account Access”.
- From there, you can click “Manage” to invite or request others to access your account.
We love this tip for those who like to team up with assistants, admins, team leads, partners, and so much more!
TIP #3 EXPAND YOUR SPHERE OF INFLUENCE & FIND YOUR LEADS
Within MoxiEngage® there are many ways to segment your leads. Find your new leads easily by going to “My People” and applying the “New” filter. From there your new leads will stand out in the crowd!
TIP #4 SAVED SEARCHES
Creating saved searches for your clients in MoxiEngage® is a great way to help them see all the listing they’re interested in while allowing you to see all their favorite properties from those searches. From your My People page, choose the client you wish you wish to have set up on a saved search, and after clicking their name, on the left menu, choose “Favs & Saves.”
If the client doesn’t have a saved search created, you will have the option to create a new one by clicking the blue “Create Search” button.
If the client already has searches added, you will see a list of all existing searches and also add an additional one by clicking “+Saved Search”.
Once you have added all your search parameters, select “Email & Settings” in the bottom right. Next, select the desired email frequency for the search and choose if you want an email to go out if no new listings exist.
Don’t forget to hit “Save and Send” at the end! Try out this tip by logging into MoxiWorks® today.
TIP #5 BOOST YOUR BIZ WITH BULK EMAIL
You can email your contacts and groups as needed from any screen in MoxiEngage®.
- Select the Email Icon in the top right of your MoxiEngage® sub-bar.
- From the pop-up, enter the name of your client or group and select their name from the drop-down to add them to the field.
- If you would like to add an image, select the Image Icon to upload an image from your computer. If you would like to attach a file to your email, select “Attach File” at the bottom of the Email window. Add your email message and select Send at the bottom!
