Fraudulent Messages Are On The Rise!
The Coldwell Banker social media team (and Coldwell Banker Fairbairn Realty) have seen a major spike in fraudulent scam messages from accounts stating business pages are violating policies. It’s important to stay vigilant and cautious when dealing with messages claiming policy violations or reviews on social media platforms like Facebook.
Here’s how you can identify such fraudulent scam messages: Unfamiliar Sender Pretending to be Meta or Facebook Grammatical Errors & Spelling Errors Varying Fonts Suspicious Links If your business page is truly under review, Meta will usually send a notification directly to your business page or through an official email. If you receive a message that seems suspicious but aren’t sure whether it’s legitimate, reach out to your manager.

In October, product support will be accessible via the Omni live chat feature on the Desk homepage and will also be live in select product tiles on Desk. Omni will expand to feature live chat support for select Coldwell Banker products, including Desk, Prospect Square, Exclusive Look, Listing Concierge, and Design Concierge. Omni with Live Chat will replace the existing chat button functionality located in the lower right-hand corner of Desk and will offer a better user experience with additional capabilities. Last week, Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker Commercial® announced our new partnership with Land Broker Co-op, a leading provider of resources for affiliated agents who focus on selling land. Land listings are now automatically syndicated to the LANDBrokerMLS.com website at no cost. LANDBrokerMLS.com features over 60,000 active land listings and exposure to over two million monthly views across their network of sites.
