Lucia knows a lot about homes. Her family owns and operates Birch and Son Construction, a company that’s been in business over 40 years.

Lucia grew up just a few blocks away from Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City, Michigan. Maybe that’s why she’s partial to studying market activity in that area. She’d be more than happy to fill you in, just ask!

As a Realtor, Lucia Brzezinski is very passionate. She has strong knowledge about the qualities and characteristics of homes. She enjoys looking at every homes’ architecture and what key characteristics make each home unique and different. Not only was she raised in a construction business family, but she understands what goes into building homes because she’s worked in the business.

When she’s not working, Lucia can be found outdoors, in our beautiful Northern Michigan. Lucia loves to snowmobile the Upper Peninsula, hunt in pristine areas, and fish in the Caribbean-blue waters of Sturgeon Bay. She also enjoys boating on Lake Charlevoix and cherishes her time spent at the farm with her horse.
