If you know Harbor Springs very well, you’ll see that while those homes are in Harbor Springs, they’re very spread out. Another fact to point out is, the housing market in Harbor Springs is vastly different from neighborhood to neighborhood due to the amount of associations and waterfront that the homes potentially have. This is why it is important to keep in mind that the average sale price may not be applicable to your home.

The average sale price of homes sold in Petoskey this past week was $202,352.

These sales were pretty spread out in Petoskey, just as they were in Harbor Springs. So again, it is important to note, the average sales price doesn’t necessarily apply  to your specific neighborhood.
