In May 2017 the Emmet County housing market saw 67 total sales as reported by the Northern Michigan MLS (NMMLS). The NMMLS reported 148 sales total in the month of May. Compared to last month of 48 homes sold in Emmet County and 98 total in the NMMLS.

  • The average time spent on the market was 211 days for a home sold in Emmet County.
  • The highest list price of homes sold was $7,900,000 while the highest sold price was $6,400,000.
  • The lowest list price of homes sold was $22,599 and the lowest sale price was $17,500.
  • The average list price of homes sold in Emmet County in April, 2017 was $425,876.
  • The average sale price was $382,104
  • The total Emmet County sales volume for May 2017 was $25,600,996 compared to April at $14,138,098.
