CRITERIA
The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury “Home of the Week” series offers an unsurpassed opportunity to expose your finest properties to millions of qualified potential buyers across several highly targeted platforms. Only 52 episodes are produced a year, meaning we are extremely selective about the homes we choose to feature each week.
To be eligible for consideration, your listing must meet the following criteria:
1. Price must be $5 million or greater.
2. Submissions must be furnished, staged and professionally photographed. See submission FAQs for further information.
3. Submissions must have video to be considered.
If selected as a ‘Home of the Week’ , your listing will receive the following promotion:
- Featured on the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Homepage
- Video on the official Coldwell Banker YouTube channel
- Video on the official Coldwell Banker Facebook page
- Targeted advertising on Facebook to promote the video
- An Instagram video and stories feature
- Feature on the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury blog*
*** By submitting my video for Home of the Week, I grant permission for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC (“Coldwell Banker”), its affiliated companies and designees to use my name, address (city and state), photograph, video and/or other likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner and with any materials, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval, unless prohibited by law.
