The Duncan Bay Boat Club is located just two miles east of Cheboygan.
Directions to Duncan Bay Boat Club – US 23 Hwy east to Duncan Ave., turn left. Turn right onto Marina Dr. Turn left onto Boat Club Dr.
The private boat club provides a safe harbor along the Straits of Mackinac.
The inland marina is on the west side of the bay while the Cheboygan State Park is on the east side; featuring hiking trails, camping, and sandy beaches for day use swimming,
The Duncan Bay marina offers a minimum depth of 13 ft., a minimum channel depth of 8 ft., and direct Lake Huron access.
In order to join the club, you must become a slip owner. Quarterly dues are based on the slip you purchase.
Slips offered at Duncan Bay are 40′, 60′, or 88′. All slips have 110 or 220-volt power, cable TV, WIFI, full clubhouse use, and freshwater. There are 263 slips.
As of June 2020, 40′ slips are $399/quarter; 60′ slips are $703/quarter, 88′ slips are $877/quarter. (There are also nightly and seasonal options).
The Duncan Bay Boat Club offers a clubhouse with lounge areas, fireplace, laundry, and (12) bath/shower facilities, an outdoor heated swimming pool, kayaks, bicycles, a playground, gas barbecues, bonfire pits, a dog run, horseshoe pits, and a picnic pavilion.
